Very good value stay in the heart of Beechworth. It is quite spacious and the kitchen and bathroom were clean. It is a very old house with character and right across the street from the old gaol. Beechworth is a very pretty heritage town and Pemberton is in a lovely street.

We loved the location - it's so close to the centre of Beechworth. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was our second stay at Pemberton, and it felt like coming home.
