Overview
Situated on the banks of Lake Sambell, this holiday park offers self-contained cabins with kitchenette facilities and an outdoor dining area. Activities include a playground, free mini golf, badminton and volleyball. Beechworth Lake Sambell Caravan Park is only 500 metres from the start of the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail and a 15-minute walk from Beechworth town centre. It is a 2-minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Guests at Lake Sambell Caravan Park Beechworth have access to laundry facilities, covered BBQ areas, and walking tracks to Lake Kerford and around Lake Sambell. Bicycles, canoes and kayaks are available for hire. Each holiday cabin includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove and kitchenware. Air conditioning and heating are provided. All cabins have a flat-screen TV with DVD player.

The staff are amazing here. We stayed for a big birthday bash with 14 staying in total between camping, caravans & cabins. We had a wonderful modern cabin with a beautiful view of the lake that became the hub for our extended friends to enjoy with us. Very clean, very comfortable & not lacking anything. Staff are on hand to assist with any activities or suggestions if needed in their well appointed office. Free on-site activities for all to enjoy also including mini golf & volleyball. Great fun. Easy walk in to town on safely lit streets & paths. Highly recommend, & thank you for having us all.

Really well maintained park; including cabins, communal facilities and sites. The location in the lake and proximity to town is great and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

The onsite cabin was snug, but very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Location just 1 Km from centre of Beechworth was great. Beautiful lakeside location. Even with some Caravans very close, never heard a whisper after 9pm. Good size covered verandah which would be great in the warmer weather !

We absolutely loved arriving at the caravan park, the ease of picking up our key and making our way to our cabin. Waking up at 7am and looking out to the lake was beautiful 😍 We are planning to revisit in our new van in June!!

“Camping with flair.”
It is close to the town but also has a country feel. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

“Beechworth Cycling stay”
Great location, a short drive or bike ride into the town. The location next to the lake is great with activities for the kids to play. The park is also right on the rail trail to join going into town or out to Yackandandah
