It is right by the lake which is lovely but too far to go anywhere on foot so have to use a taxi. Villas itself are comfortable. Staff friendly.

The staff were really great. They arranged a sunrise paddle for me and a taxi to my next location. The villa is on the lake with great walks and very close to the Botanical Gardens which was a high light for me

“Really bad experience, wouldn’t recommend”

First of all, the room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. Under the bed there were empty bottles and thick layers of dust, clearly no one had cleaned there in months. The bungalow itself was in very poor condition: the walls were mouldy, and the roof was full of holes. All day and night, animals were running around above, from which I met lizards and geckos, but from the noise, possibly even rats. It made the place feel very uncomfortable and even a bit unsafe at night. Because of the holes, they can get inside too, and I found gecko poop everywhere, on the table, the floor, and even the bed. The bathroom and especially the toilet was also in a very poor state. The listing claimed there was a wardrobe, but there wasn’t one. The balcony is tiny and doesn’t even have chairs, so it’s completely pointless. The air inside the room is heavy and humid, and there’s no fan or ventilation to move it the smell and dampness make it hard to breathe and even harder to rest properly. I’ve been travelling in Southeast Asia for months and stayed in many budget accommodations, but this was way below acceptable. It honestly felt neglected and unhygienic. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I booked trough booking app, for that price the accomodation is really really good, worth to stay, the staff is really helpful if you need. there are outside fire barbecue if needed.

Check-in was smooth and convenient, there’s a parking spot for a motorbike, and food can be ordered to the room. The shower had hot water, and shampoo and soap were provided. The room itself was quite spacious, and the location is great — it’s within walking distance to a lake.
