Everyone speaks great English, there was no miscommunication, which is a plus in Bali. We wanted to come back after the hike to take a shower and they accomodated us without asking for extra charge. We wanted a minimalist experience and was surprised to find: hot shower water, umbrella (it was raining a little). 2 pairs of slippers, and free use of motorbike (with helmets), great fresh breakfast where they made poached eggs perfectly (which is also hard to find here in Bali) The estate is wonderful, great lake view at breakfast. They even walk our dog for us when we left her in the room during our 5 hour hike. Of course we left a nice tip. But overall we feel they did genuinely enjoy people and helping people. That's the best part. It feel truly like home. We will definitely come back!!!

The view is amazing. Basic facilities however far exceeded my expectations for the price. Staff were super helpful and the breakfast is awesome. Sooooo much and the best. Feels like your I the jungle.

In the middle of nowhere with beautiful view, just loved it

In the jungle high above the lake these charming basic cabins are perhaps not for everyone. But for me they were exactly what I'm looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly, and they have a kitchen, so you can get nice and affordable food. Would recommend if you are ok with the cons I describe.

“Amazing place to have a cosy stay”

It was very comfortable place to stay, with most friendly staff. Room was perfect size, there was hot water in the shower and beautiful terrace right outside the room with amazing view. Breakfast was very delicious and had multiple things (main dish, fruit, toasts with home made strawberry jam, tea/coffee, fresh juice with no added sugar), there was an option to order dinner as well and we used it once and it was very tasty as well. Everything was perfect about the stay - WiFi worked fast but for fan (even though it worked) there was no need to use it because temperature was fine without using it. We were also able to borrow bowls and spoon to eat in our room supper which was cereal

This is a very basic accommodation but it was clean good water pressure and hot water it needs a little fitness to get around since it is build within the vegetation on a hillside. WiFi is working great and there is quite a large breakfast all in all it is a highly recommended stay if it fits your needs

Amazing location in the jungle, wooden cabins overlooking the lake. 5 mins walk from the shops etc and 10 mins to the Bali botanical gardens. Included breakfast was excellent; fruit juice, Toast, eggs, fruit, fried rice. Hot shower 😄 The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would go back.

“Good place to stay”

The view was absolutely gorgeous from the room overlooking the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was so good, the homemade strawberry jam was yummy and the noodles were delicious! The room was basic but had everything needed. The beds were huge and I liked the duvet/comforter things, they were clean comfy and not too hot or cold.

“Escape in nature, overlooking the city”

Great location, close to nature, especially if interested in birds. Feels like camping but with luxury of bed and hot shower. Staff was extremely helpful and positive. Great breakfast, great view of the city.
