We stayed for 10 nights and it was a pleasure. If I come back to Budva again definitely will stay at Casa Al Mare. Staff were amazing, we had some issue with “neighbours” as they were very loud and drunk so receptionist sorted out everything straight away. Place been cleaned every day, clean towels every day, sea only 2 mins away.

“Rezalet”

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. What is sold as a sea-view hotel is now surrounded by new buildings and construction, leaving little to no view at all. The pictures are clearly outdated and very misleading. The “open buffet breakfast” is a joke. There is almost no variety, and the quality is extremely poor. Breakfast is served in a tiny basement room that feels more like a storage area than a dining room. The smell alone makes it difficult to stay there for more than a few minutes. During our stay, the electricity was out for several hours. Shockingly, the hotel has no generator. Guests were simply left to deal with the situation on their own. To make matters worse, the reception closes early in the evening, so finding anyone to help is nearly impossible. Despite having its own parking area, the hotel charges its guests €15 per day for parking. Paying extra for such poor service feels like an insult. The biggest issue was that we did not receive the room we had originally booked. When we complained, the response was essentially: “If you don’t like it, you can leave, but there will be no refund.” This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. The property feels more like an old apartment building that was converted into a hotel with minimal effort. The pool is tiny, the facilities are outdated, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. This hotel completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money, avoid the frustration, and book somewhere else.

First of all, we would like to thank Angela at the reception for everything. We had planned to stay for one day, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay by another day. Everything was very clean. Having a kitchen inside the apartment made things much easier for us. I will definitely visit again if I come back.

Location was great, Fatmir and Ksenija was amazing too

Beach front, only thing that new property is being build between beach and te building so I guess this will be the last year with sea view. Clean, new and spacios apartment with lots of space. Kitchen fully equipted.

Breakfast, staff, checkin checkout, location all were good, they also allowed us early checkin on my request, so super nice people.

Location was great, the rooms were nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always well cleaned and stocked and any extras required were delivered quickly. The pool and pool deck was always clean but too few lounge chairs and the pool closed too early at 7pm.

The pool is nice. Location is very good and close to the beach and shops. You have the view of the sea from the pool.

This apart-hotel does have its advantages. The location is good - just one minute from the beach. The building also offers high parking spaces (extra price), which is extremely convenient if you have a car with a roof rack. The reception staff are friendly, and I truly feel sorry seeing them apologizing for issues that are the responsibility of management, cleaning, or other departments.

Architecturally beautiful building. Nice pool area, which unlike the rest, was also clean.
