Ilya greated us with so much kindness, and so nice to get some fresh apple juice and cakes on arrival. The house was equipped with all you need for a 3 year old (toys, bed, chair and kitchenware) and was looking spotless. Small and quiet village with some nice walking routes and close to Leuven. Would reccomend to others!

Stunning little house within a gated area. Everything you needed was there. Gutted We was leaving as wanted to stay for another day to explore the area as we came over to stay while attending the F1 The owners of the house were so lovely and came over to speak to us when we were having dinner in the garden.

Beautiful and in a place with a nice view, peaceful and quiet, perfect for families. A very nice place where can “charge your batteries”, far away from cities. Definitely, together with my family we will come back there.

We had a wonderful stay. Beds are comfortable, Sofa and armchair as well. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated. Hosts are very reactive and nice and they are cooking a large and excellent breakfast! Relatively easy to access and with a good playground nearby for the kids.

Everything was perfect. For sure we come back. Very friendy owners.

The breakfast was great, every morning Ilyas puts fresh fruits, croissants and breads etc in the kitchen. The small house is very nice and has all comfort you need to relax. Garden is quiet

Beautiful house in a lovely quiet country location. We loved our stay here, it felt peaceful and so special. Ilyas is such a lovely host and was always in touch with regards to breakfast timing and any other needs. Breakfast was as special as all the other reviews said and was beautifully presented, always different fresh fruit, juices, meat cheese , yoghurt, Cereal, made for a lovely start to the day. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if in the area.

“Perfect getaway space for a small family, with incredible hospitality.”

The house is part of a bigger estate, and has everything a family of 3-4 needs and wants. A comfortable living room, large bedrooms, premium bathroom and a great outside area to relax in. The breakfast was also phenomenal. And the owner was incredibly kind & clearly knows the hospitality business, being there anytime we needed.

The house was, as the name states, very cosy. It is also fully equipped. We took a walk every evening and felt safe in the area. The breakfast was great! The host brought something different each morning. It was more than enough and there was a wide variety. The host was friendly.
