It was probably the most welcoming property we have stayed at, the atmosphere is relaxing and the facilities make you feel like you are home away from home.

“Didn’t know even stay @booking.com & Kwele lodge i want my refund”
I had booked this accommodation and it showed on Bookings.com it was in Botswana and when we got towards the hotel it was South African side, i spoke to the hotel via the contact details provided on the app, the person said does not know the place and they don’t own this place, it was my waste of money made a booking and can’t even get my money refunded to me . It is a scam and bad hotel customer service or care

The house was dirty , they don’t clean them .The dinner was not well cooked . They are short staffed, one person is doing everything cooking, maintenance, game drive literally everything in the game farm.
