“A unique place to stay near to Beaune centre”

The walk into Beaune is easy and no longer than 10 minutes. Eddie and Sylvie are lovely hosts and their welcome warm and genuine. It is a slightly weird property at first viewing, but you quickly get to appreciate the quirkiness and realise your stay is in somewhere so different. Our car was safe outside on the street. We particularly liked sitting outside after a long day doing touristy things such as the wonderful Hospices and drinking perfect wine. We only stayed two nights, but found ourselves sad to be leaving as we left.

“Hot times in a haven”

We arrived during a heat wave! That was hard, however our hosts provided a fan a godsend. Eddie was fantastic in making us feel at home. The garden was amazing space to sit out in the early morning cool. Everything was easy to get to it was just the heat!

“Superb, would happily return”

It is an easy 15/20 min walk into the centre of Beaune. The property is on the small size, but well presented with everything we needed for a short stay and benefits from a welcoming outdoor space. Of particular note is that it was possible to turn off the obligatory extractor fans at night to make for a peaceful nights sleep. Owner was super enthusiastic and helpful. We could readily have stayed a couple more days.

A stunning stay in a brilliant location. Eddy was a very helpful and friendly host. Although in a quiet street with parking available … it was only a 10 minute stroll into the fantastic City of Beaune. The accommodation was perfect and it was such a joy to sit outside with a picnic in a nature garden that Eddy has carefully and lovingly put together.

Good location, about a 15 min walk to town. The room is equipped with everything you might need and has a cute little outdoor space you can also enjoy.

Lovely little haven of comfort on the outskirts of Beaune. Comfy bed, beautiful ensuite. Had a fridge, kettle and microwave for self-catering. Warm and welcoming hosts.

Well thought out, comfortable, well equipped. Nicely decorated. Terrace and little garden with seating and tables. Free parking just outside house in quiet street. Short walk to historic centre. Friendly owner.

Wow! What a find. Can't believe there is accommodation this good so close to the centre of Beaune at this price. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful (even booking us a table at a local restaurant) and the accommodation has everything you need and more.

Very pretty comfortable accommodation. Bedroom with shower and outside seating area undercover. Fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee provided. Eddy was a kind friendly host who suggested a good restaurant for dinner called Le Béléna. 10 minute walk into town. Parking outside the property. Perfect for an overnight stop or a couple of days if not cooking proper meals.
