Location was great but the address of the building on google maps is far away from the actual entrance. The owners instructions were very useful to find the apartment. Apartment had everything you could need for a short stay

This is a fantastic place to stay in a beautiful part of the French Riviera. The value for money is unmatched in Beaulieu-sur-Mer - it's nearly impossible to find anything comparable with the same facilities. The biggest bonus for us was the balcony and the incredible view, which you wouldn't get even in most 5-star hotels. We enjoyed having drinks and meals out there whenever we didn’t feel like going out. Access to a large, quiet pool was another huge plus, especially in the hot weather, as was the excellent air con. The apartment had all the amenities and facilities you’d need for a short or longer stay, and it was very clean and comfortable. It is right in the centre of town and next to the train station - connecting you to the whole coastline. Our host was brilliant from the very first contact and throughout our visit. He even messaged us to let us know about the Bastille Day fireworks on the beach - which we were able to watch right from the apartment! We honestly couldn’t fault it. I’ve read a few reviews mentioning the lack of Wi-Fi, but with that view, who needs it? A perfect place to relax and explore the Côte d'Azur. We will definitely return.

The host Nicolas was wonderful. Supportive both before and during the stay. The flat was just perfect for my stay and allowing for a really relaxing break. I would highly recommend this property.

“View to die for”

Nicholas provided a very clear video telling us where to collect the key for self check- in via WhatsApp and sent us a couple of messages afterwards to see if we were ok. We were more than ok! The view from the balcony is something you'd expect to get only in a 5 star hotel. We got up early every morning to enjoy the sunrise.The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster, kettle coffee maker so we were able to have breakfast on the balcony along with late night drinks. The shower was powerful and bed comfortable. The location is great with cafes restaurants and a great supermarket within a few minutes walk. We were the only ones to use the pool when we went there, and it was well kept and clean. It represents great value for money.

The host is very friendly and helpful, location was perfect. amazing view, good restaurants in the area, center is also very close, you can go everywhere on foot. a great priveit swimming pool. i have really enjoy it.

“Perfect flat in centre of Beaulieu”

Perfect flat in centre of Beaulieu, and next to the train station. It’s very clean and there is a kitchen and a balcony. Having access to the swimming pool is fantastic. Owner is helpful and easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed my stay 👍

We had a very short time there. It was very minimal, bare. No tea, coffee, no salt, peppermint, oil nothing. All the places that i have been to have a minimum of condiments. With all the little extras would have made it really good. Sorry.
