Perfectly located apartment to visit the French Riviera. We loved Beaulieu and the close proximity to the station made day trips very easy. Agnes & Alex are great hosts and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

This beautiful apartment is in the perfect location. Right next to the station, port and restaurants. I stayed with two friends and we had more than enough space in the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. The bottle of Rosè in the fridge was a lovely touch. Everyone involved with the hosting of this apartment were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more welcoming.

We had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. Great location in Beaulieu and close to the train station which made it easy when travelling to other locations. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were greeted on arrival and shown the key things we needed to know. Above supermarket which was also useful. Quite quiet in property.

“Perfect location ! Perfect holiday experience!”
We loved the apartment it was beautifully designed and a great location in beaulieu. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is so central and just by the train station. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The kitchen had all the requirements for cooking. The local supermarket is just below the apartment block so handy! The property owner Alexandre was very welcoming and his partner Agnès, both so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to drop our cases off before check in time as we landed very early in the morning. Great place to stay and using the train to get to visit other places on the Cote d’Azur. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday experience and the welcome bottle of wine. We will definitely return again!

“Excellent place for a couple to stay to explore the Riviera by train.”
Fully equipped. Great quiet location next to supermarket, train station (just 12 minutes to Nice!) and the main square. Beaches just a few minutes walk away. Location could not be better. Fast internet connection.

Everything. Truly a wonderful find. Location and amenities all so perfect. Owner also very forthcoming with any information when emailing. Beaulieu Sur Mer is a favourite spot of ours. This accommodation is tops from our previous stays in the area. Wish we could've stayed longer.

We loved our stay at Plein centre de Beaulieu, the location was right in the heart of the city, allowing us to grocery shop, dine and hop on the train right at our doorstep! Agnès apartment was large and ideal for our family, it had everything we needed for our stay.
