“Great apartment situated really close to a station that could get you almost anywhere on Riviera”

Our abiding memory is of sitting on the balcony, listening to the blackcaps singing and watching fireflies on the bank opposite! The place is so well equipped, fitting a lot into the space. The kitchen area had everything you needed and more - the best we’ve ever experienced. Sally our host was personable and accommodating.

The host Sally was attentive and super to communicate with. The studio was in near proximity of a Super U supermarket and a few minutes walk to the beaches and the harbour. All amenities needed were available in the studio.

Only a few minutes to beach, restaurants, bus and trains. Ideal base for visiting along the Core D’Azur. Great communications from Sally ensuring everything went smoothly on our visit.

LOVED! Cute apartment with everything. Close to the beach and strip of shops. Good bakerys nearby which we enjoyed for breakfest. Spend a lot of our time on the balcony enjoying the view of the mountains. Close to the train station which made exploring the nearby easy

Fantastic location and beautiful apartment! The host was friendly and helpful in every respect.

The location was great, very close to buses, train and the supermarkets. The beach was only a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed sitting and swimming there in the afternoons after a day’s sightseeing. Loved the coastal stroll to the pretty township of St Jean Cap Ferrat. Apartment had everything you need and was very clean and comfortable. Beaulieu is a very good town to stay in due to its compact transport links plus the town itself is attractive. Good communication with host and easy check in

The flat is clean and modern and well located. The train station is close by as are several bus stops. The bus services are very regular and good value especially if you buy a multi-day pass which can be used on a mobile app. The beach is 5 minutes walk away. It is helpful the flat has beach mats and towels.

Centrally located in the wonderful village of Beaulieu Sur Mer close to the Baie de Fournis beach,bus and rail connections and minutes away from restaurants and Super U supermarket.

“An excellent studio apartment for 2 in Beaulieu, convenient to all local amenities”

Location was excellent and building has a lift. Studio was small, but in excellent condition and included everything we needed, including sun umbrella and folding chairs for the beach! Bed comfortable, air-con & WiFi excellent, full window shutter blind to keep place cool (and safe) when we were out, and dark in the early morning. It is very central, with everything - beaches, shops, supermarket, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, street market, tennis club, tourist office, marina, gendarmerie, casino and the Beaulieu train station - all within walking distance.
