It is in a beautiful place! The train station is close, the beach is close and gorgeous, it has numerous great restaurants in the port. The shop is almost next door. The rooms are perfect for 2 people. The owner is really helpful.

This is an amazing property. Communication from the owner was amazing with a walkthrough the property and car park on arrival. Everything we needed was available in the property and it was in a perfect location in the city centre and right near train and bus stop. Could not fault it.

Excellent location: Beaulieu-sur-Mer is a charming town situated very close to the stunning Cap Ferrat peninsula, offering plenty of scenic walks, natural beaches, and nearby attractions such as villas, villages, and botanical gardens. The apartment is well connected to surrounding cities (we recommend the SUDAZUR Explore pass, which covers public transport from Monaco to Cannes). Train and bus stops, along with a large Super U supermarket, are just a two-minute walk away, and transport services run frequently. The apartment itself is very clean, and the north-facing balcony enjoys sunlight in the afternoons. We also appreciated the available beach equipment (umbrellas, towels, and a beach chair), which was a great bonus. The host is highly responsive and accommodating.

Very tastefully decorated and very well situated in proximity of Beaulieu’s centre. The apartment feels more like a luxury hotel suite than a mere apartment. We were all well impressed. It’s situated very close to the train station and local beaches. Plenty of nice restaurants in the nearby marina to choose from. Also, a very big plus is the Super U supermarket situated at the ground floor where you can find everything you can think of. The secure underground car park is also a plus.

Apartment is in great location, very close to all important spots in the city and a big nice super market in the building. The hosts werer very helpful and everything went as expected, definitely can recommend. The city itself is beautiful with a french riviera vibes, great restaurants and cafes.

Great spot for train travellers…. 2 minutes from the station but still very quiet, also close to a large supermarket and restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the beach. Everything you need is supplied.

We visited to attend the Formula E in Monaco. Perfect location 3 min walk to train station , one stop to Villefranche sur Mer beach, three stops from Monaco . Nearby restaurants 5 min walk.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location near to the train station and supermarket. Nice terrace with a good view of the hills. Very easy to travel to the apartment by train from Nice airport; and great train connections to Eze, Monaco, etc. Also, just a 10 minute walk to the sea and the start of the beautiful promenade. Hosts extremely welcoming and accommodating; also very easy to communicate with.

Location is perfect for everything Beaulieu has to offer and only 200m from a station that can take you to most of the other towns and villages along the coast and into Italy should you wish (there's a great market there). Sam is a super super host and attentive to any questions or requests for assistance. Perfect.

Great location. We had a very relaxing stay here. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Everything we needed. Small balcony but perfect for sitting out and enjoying an aperitif (or2!!) Both beaches were within easy walking distance. Fab bars and restaurants minutes away. Sam was a super host. Beaulieu sur mer is beautiful.

Host and the housekeeper could not have been more helpful. The location was fabulous for us as we stayed here to go to the Monaco Grand Prix. The train station and supermarket are 2 minutes away, which was brilliant. Lovely apartment with secure parking - ideal!
