“I’m sure you will like this lovely apartment and town!!”
We had a very comfortable stay here. This apartment is located 1 minute from the train station. We took a train from Nice airport to Beaulieu-sur-Mer.( it’s took about 20 minutes, 3.5 euros per person) We had trouble opening the code box. But it turned out well. This house is near the railroad tracks so it gets noisy sometimes, but we never cared about it. There is a bus stop just across the street The bus bound for Nice you can take #15(but please make sure your destination!!)

“Sweet spot for a beach holiday for a family”
The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and appliances all in excellent working order. Air conditioning (2 units, 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) were fantastic and easy to use. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook basic meals for our family. TV unit has the option of watching local channels or accessing YouTube or you own personal Netflix account. Even though it is by the train lines, it is SUPER quiet and we didn’t hear the trains at all. Quiet Neighbourhood in general, which was great for us. Location is absolutely superb: cash point below the apartment, 5 min walk from the beach, 3 min from the local grocery store, 2 minutes walk from the train station or bus stops - which is GREAT for accessing day trips to other towns/cities. There are literally multiple places to choose from to eat if you don’t feel like cooking and a Bazaar shop nearby in case you’ve forgotten anything for your stay. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available when we plan to travel.

there is no wardrobe, 2nd floor is basically useless, the double bed is small, unfortunately balcony is facing railway station …

Very nice apartment, a lot of space with two beedrooms and a terrace, coffee machine - simply PERFECT. I was welcomed with flowers on the table. I can recommend this place to everyone
