Nice small hotel in beatiful town, full of old-fashion atmosphere. Pleasant neaty rooms, and the building. Parking near hotel if you find free places. But in general free parking is easy to be found.

Very pleasant stay, very well run hotel with a manager who takes great care of her guests. Perfect bedding and beautifully decorated room. We really liked the bucolic patio. Finally, breakfast was frugal. A very nice address

I had a short but truly memorable stay at Hotel de la Sologne. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, going out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The rooms were immaculate—beautifully decorated, peaceful, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true haven to return to after exploring the area. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Beaugency’s charming old town. Just a short stroll away are stunning historical sights like the Château de Beaugency, the ancient bridge over the Loire, and the Abbaye Notre-Dame. Everything is within easy walking distance, yet the hotel remains a peaceful retreat. I couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore this beautiful part of the Loire Valley. I highly recommend Hotel de la Sologne to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a warm welcome in one of France’s most picturesque towns.

Exquisitely French! If you love French culture you will love this hotel. Situated right in the centre of this stunning historic town and within easy walking distance of a good choice of bars and restaurants but on a quiet square. The staff were very helpful, the room was super clean with a good hot shower and comfortable bed. Optional, traditional breakfast in the morning if desired. Would highly recommend

Breakfast: Traditional; bread/pastry-based continental with fruit juice, yogurt, fresh fruit and good coffee, including refills. Magnificent ancient house with impressive stone-steps entrance but difficult with wheelchair/crutches Bicycle storage: secure in an 11th C tunnel. 

Good bicycle storage in the old icehouse
