We had a mechanical breakdown on a motorcycle the Saturday morning and wasn’t able to reach Ko Ka Tsara.Booking was made the Friday night at 20:15 and we tried to cancel the Saturday morning just before 08:00 they refused any refund or date change.The booking was not refundable but I feel they could have made a effort to understand our dilemma as there were no loss on their part.

We loved the whole experience. The friendly staff and great facilities contributed to a wonderful stay. The game walk is a very good feature and strong recommendation.

An absolute delight. Surrounded by nature, fauna and flora. Cabins are luxurious, comfortable l, well equipped and super clean.

The location ,the staff,the surroundings were all great .We ordered meat for the braai which came quickly and was so easy. We wanted some sauces to go with it and Miemie got some immediatly. Very attentive! Animals roam around freely, seen giraffes, tortoises and antelopes.

“Great nature experience in relaxing environment”

This place is extraordinary indeed. In one early morning the giraffes were just pasturing 15 m from our patio. The very next evening around 200 impalas gathered to the same place! What an impressive spectacle! Our chalet (with aircon and very good wi-fi) was spacious and beautifully decorated - big covered patio with a braai. It was like we had been in a lush natural park. There was also a good and fresh pool. The self-catering options were good but you need to bring anything extra (such as fruits, sun creams etc.) you may need. The staff was very helpful. A great place for couples looking for a peaceful place and nature experience.
