The room was clean . We had a refrigerator that did not work and it was immediately replaced when we called the front desk . The gentleman who replaced it was very respectful and quit in getting it done . All the ladies at the front desk were smiling , they always spoke to us and the lobby was always clean and smelled good. We will definitely stay here again when we come this way . My Son lives in Charleston SC so we travel in this area a lot . God bless

Really nothing. The room was very damp upon entering the room. The bed comforter was wet… the pillow cases were damp as well. All towels were damp in our room. There was a humidifier (which both the humidifier and AC ) were not turned on. Not even a fan. The humidifier was full of water when we entered the room and we needed to change the water basin to empty and turn on the humidifier again. We stayed two nights and two days checked out on Friday morning. The room had a very distinctive odor of mildew and mustiness!!!! We were in Beautiful, SC for a family members son Marine Corps graduation. We arrived late and checked in late…. Hoping next morning room would smell and feel dry… we had a full day ahead and did not have time to wait on the front desk clerk to return to the front desk to complain or ask to be moved to a different Room. ( 3 different times we checked with front desk…. No front desk clerk, but a note saying be back in a few minutes or ten minutes…. We stayed…. However we will not stay again.
