Breakfast was ok but time of events prevented us from getting breakfast because they were not open. We had to leave for events at 5 am and didn’t open till 6 am. Beds were to hard to rest comfortably no cleaning services were offered during our stay and also had to get our trash bags from front desk. The receptacles for charging our phones did not work plus one was arcing in the wall when I went to plug my charger in. I reported it to front desk but no one came to check it. I called both days for a wake up call and received nothing either day. Staff was really impolite to us and seemed to only want to get us checked in and out of their hair. Really disappointed in the quality of service. I would ask for a complete refund but I know this would do no good. I will probably not be staying at this Quality Inn again due to the fact of the service at the front desk and the electrical issues not responded to when reported

“Overall it was positive. Short of a few minor things, it was a pleasant experience.”
I appreciated the option of breakfast included in my stay along with the staff abiding by the do not disturb sign on my door. The stay overall was great for an extended weekend stay that I had and I'm sure to stay there again if I need to.

“Perfect for Beaufort water festival”
Stayed here for Beaufort water festival after spending 1 night in a different hotel. Check in was very quick and the lovely receptionist gave me a printed map how to find the room as it has multiple staircases and explained all the facilities and breakfast times clearly. Room was very spacious with a large TV and microwave in the room. Plenty of parking. There is a swimming pool nicely enclosed in the front. Lots of restaurants around. Lovely grounds with spanish moss covered trees. For the price I was more than happy and would stay here again without a doubt.
