“Don’t go as they don’t know how to manage their property!”
The hotel is nice even though is undergoing renovation and nobody informed us. The room is spacious and with all comforts and the breakfast was nice

“Great basic hotel”
The location was perfect for what we needed. Close to a breakfast place, shopping center and super market. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean and well equip room - all the basics were covered. Good hot and cold breakfast options included.

“Great staff from front line staff to the assistant manager who helped me.”
The hotel was great but my exceptional rating is because of the staff and especially the assistant manager, Sharnice Thomas, who helped me deal with a complicated billing issue (something I had caused through having made multiple bookings and cancellations). At all times, she was highly professional, personable, and knowledgeable as she calmly worked through the issue. It eased the stress I had been feeling and made the rest of my stay and my trip overall so much more enjoyable. I am very grateful for her support and hope she is commended for her efforts.

A request at reception to have a charging point for our iPad & mobile in our room was not followed up. It was suggested we use usb point in tv but this did not work with our universal connector.

“Good price for exploring Beaufort”
Very nice quiet hotel. Good size room with comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast the usual hotel start. Pool had a great view over the marshes and the gym was nice. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Set outside Beaufort, it was a great price for exploring downtown.
