The hospitality of the staff and overall very clean hotel.

Easy check-in and - out. Relaxing garden. Good breakfast, but for vegan not so much options besides fruit and different kinds of jam on bread. However, the freshness and variety of breakfast is greatly noticed. Lots of parking space and close to busstop. Did not use swimming pool, so can't review.

Breakfast was nice with variety of breads. The rooms were spacious and the sauna was perfect after a tiring day.

Good location near transport and for the ice skating and Castle. Beautiful gardens by entrance and at the back. Friendly reception and restaurant staff like a family feeling. Breakfast was a good selection including some hot food eggs bacon sausages . Coffee from the machine was very good. Delicious jams which you can buy there too. The room was huge with seating area armchairs and dresser , separate toilet. Beds were fine , comfortable pillows. Bath and shower with some toiletries and shoe shine and flannels. Separate disposable cups for water. Bottle of water in room on arrival and there's a fridge. Our room had a balcony looking out into the garden. Swimming pool was a bonus but could do with having a shallow end and more access entry points to the water and the sauna you have to book as extra. Very comfortable loungers by the pool could have gone to sleep on them. The bar area was nice would be good if it were open longer for lunch/teas coffee as nice to sit there but it's common in the area for lunch to be between 12 and 2. Lots of selection for dinner, including more traditional Luxembourgish dishes which was nice and game. Enjoyed the fig and cinnamon ice cream dessert which was unusual. Relaxing place for a little retreat. In good weather there are all the walking trails. Welcoming and friendly hotel from staff and the people staying there and very clean and gleaming. Friendly staff, cleanness, room size, the pool area, location close to B4 and short driving distance from the famous B2 hike.

The restaurant is great. People in the restaurant are super nice. The hotel is right next to the trails so it is perfect for hiking. More then enough parking. A store is around the corner if you need some snacks for hiking.

“Wonderful hotel, great breakfast, but hot room”

This is a lovely old-style hotel with friendly staff, absolutely wonderful beds (firm mattresses) and a great breakfast (and I mean truly great: they even had smoked salmon on offer). They have a big garden where you can enjoy a drink (or two) which is a good place to sit on a hot day.

This is an old hotel where you feel the history, but it is modernised and classy. The pool was clean and well maintained. We also used the sauna which was clean and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Plenty of choice for breakfast both hot and cold, Pool was lovely we had it all to ourselves. Good sized room with ensuite and separate toilet, fridge to keep drinks cold and water provided. Towels and dressing gowns for pool provided in room.
