“Beautiful, clean and spacious villa with an amazing terrace and very kind hosts.”

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Roscia. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the large terrace was absolutely amazing with a beautiful atmosphere. Everything was very well maintained and felt relaxing and cozy. There was also a wardrobe room, which was extremely convenient with a lot of luggage and helped keep the room organized instead of having bags everywhere. The staff and hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding during our stay and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was also very good and convenient for exploring Mahé. Thank you, Nicole and Paolo! :)

Perfect location, very close to the beach but still in a calm neighborhood, everything was clean, AC was working perfectly, very nice and helpful hosts, cute small pool, and you can feel a little bit of Italia vibe inside Seychelles

Small B&B with just a few rooms, owners living downstairs and very responsive. Very conveniently located walking distance from beau vallon beach and restaurants. Comfortable bed. Good service (but slightly stern) Lovely terrace with nice panoramic view

Our hosts were lovely people. Very friendly and welcoming, they went out their way to help us with our special requests. We would definitely stay again but for much longer next time. Everything is is close by, from the beach to shopping in the local shops and eating in the local restaurants. We will be back, thanks again to our lovely host and super friendly staff.

Paolo is a great host - we had air-conditioning problems on New Year's Eve that he fixed :-) Nicely located place with a fantastic view over Beau Vallon. Highly recommended!

Atmosphere and friendlyness

An absolutely wonderful stay here at Villa Roscia. Such a warm welcome from Nicole and family. We were thrilled with our room with a beautiful sea view. All rooms had access to the terrace overlooking the bay. Excellent room with a great deal of care taken over presentation. Very clean - everything spotless. Good breakfast in the morning on the terrace with a stunning view. A truly first rate experience. Thank you so much!

Everything was great. Nicole and her husband are really nice. Alice makes excellent breakfast and dinner. Villa is near the ocean. We really felt like home.

“Home in Beau Vallon”

Rooms were lovely, bright and clean. Beds firm slept like a log! Location was perfect only 5 minutes from Beau Vallon beach and it's restaurants and supermarkets. Good breakfast which kept us going until evening. Nicole, Paolo and Alice were really friendly and helpful, as were the rest of Team Roscia. We had 3 meals during our stay, all delicious and good value with the bonus of a beautiful view from the verandah. Highly recommend 👌

Excellent location with amazing view on the beach, friendly staff, delicious food, while you have your breakfast or dinner, you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset on the terasse. Highly recommended!

I personally love the location, but it might not be everyone's favourite as it is a couple of minutes walk up the hill. The owners are lovely people. The place is very clean, and the view is breathtaking.
