Our host Chris was so helpful. Always willing to assist in every way. The apartment is quite modern and very clean. The location is good, we worked down to sunset beach every evening. I highly recommend this apartment if you want a quiet clean and serene place.

Great location of 5 min walk to beach of Beu Valon . Very clean and spacious apartment. All amenities at kitchen for self- catering. For long stay , wished it had a washing machine. But for 8 nights , we managed without. Nice bedding, very comfortable bed. Great view from terrace onto Indian ocean.

Lovely spacious and clean accommodation. Ten minutes walk to the stunning Beau Vallon beach and ten minutes to the local shop. Chris and Marievonne were wonderful hosts and lived very close by if you need anything. Bed was ridiculously comfortable. Hill to the property was a bit steep (steep as I live in East Anglia….we have no hills) but by day three I managed to run up it.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Sunset Haven Villa. Our apartment was modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was also cleaned to an exceptionally high standard throughout our stay, and the Villa has on-site parking which is great. The Villa is in a wonderful location with it being situated very close to Beau Vallon beach; a beautiful beach with many places to eat and drink. Chris is a fantastic host. We particularly valued his great communication prior to our stay and throughout our stay, his helpful suggestions regarding activities and restaurants, as well as the lovely food items we received as a generous welcome gift to our apartment. It was a real pleasure staying at Sunset Haven Villa and we hope to be able to stay here again in the future when we are next back in the Seychelles. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Mahé.

Super spacious and really clean Apartment. The kitchen is weil equipt and the owner Chris is super friendly and helped us with any question we had :) the area is 5-10 minutes walking from the Beach but therefore its quite and without a lot of people in the street. We got a nice „welcome Package“ with some eggs, bread and fruits!

Our stay at Sunset Haven was simply unforgettable – and that’s entirely thanks to Chris, our exceptional host. From the moment we booked until long after we left, Chris took care of every detail with genuine warmth and dedication. He arranged our car rentals, pulled off what we considered “miracles,” planned trips for us, and gave invaluable tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to truly enjoy the island like a local. The villa itself was absolutely lovely – spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and so well-equipped that we had absolutely everything we needed. Chris even welcomed us with food and drinks to get us through our first day after a long journey – a gesture that’s rare, even for seasoned travelers like us. We truly felt like we were staying with family rather than at a rental property. After Mahe, we continued our journey to Praslin and went on trips recommended and booked by Chris – but we must admit, we missed the comfort and care of his villa every day. If we ever return to the Seychelles, there will be absolutely no question about where we’ll stay. Chris, thank you for everything, many greetings to Marievonne (and Sonja says hi to Chester and Lucky) – you’ve set the bar incredibly high!
