“Wonderful Holiday.”

Had a wonderful stay for 1 week. Property was perfect. Great location, great room, great facilities, great pool, great breakfast, great staff, great value...everything was great! Highly recommended and we can't wait to return. Now we have found this gem we will not need to search for where to stay, we already know.

On the positive side, the room and bathroom were both very spacious and offered plenty of comfort. The hotel’s location was convenient and well situated, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the swimming pool.

Great location, close to the sea. The hotel has a cozy interior. There is a peaceful atmosphere everywhere, with lots of birds around. The garden surrounding the villas is beautifully maintained and well cared for, full of stunning flowers and shrubs. The rooms are cleaned very well every day – everything is spotless, tidy, and smells fresh. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful, and the young man who serves them is very kind and friendly – an absolute sweetheart. It was truly wonderful to come back. An unforgettable experience.

Quietness. Felt secluded even you close to beach and facilities. Lovely pool, well designed building and units, well maintained beautiful gardens. Our room was spacious with a fine balcony and beautiful view up the mountain. Staff friendly and attentive. Good breakfast.

Location is perfect in Bau Vallon area, staff is really nice too. Rooms are comfortable and the swimming pool is very nice.

It is a lovely small hotel very friendly staff. Very clean rooms and well maintained pool and garden. A short stroll to the beach with lots of restaurants. Good breakfast. They also provide towels for the beach which was great

The location, breakfast, every single one of those lovely staff members! The cleanliness- wow! The pictures do not do the rooms justice, its even more lovely in person. They are spacious, the pool is well maintained, everything is just so lovely.

Very nice Hotel and very close to the beach but quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The property was walking distance from Beach, had a supermarket close by. The room was spacious and the property was clam and clean.

The breakfast was very good and the manager Nishan was extremely efficient and very polite. He was very cordial and had attention to all details related to our stay. Best manager .

I stayed at Sun Properties & Resort last week and the experience was unbeatable. The rooms were perfect, with an incredible housekeeping service. The pool was also great, but without a doubt the best part was the staff. Special mention to Nishan, who helped me and made everything easy at all times. Thank you very much. Great location only a couple of minutes walk to Beau Valon beach. Comfortable accommodation, daily maid service. Very friendly staff and always happy to help and recommend places to visit. The breakfast is simple with fresh products we enjoyed it. The gardens are very well kept and the pool is very welcoming after a day on the beach. We would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday very memorable.

“Lovely hotel with pool, very close to the beach”

We clearly recommend this beautiful place. We had a from with poolview which was extremely nice for us, as the babyphone could be used at the pool still. :) pool is accessible 24/7. Very calm area. Staff was super friendly, tremendously welcoming to us and our baby. Also the other customers were very friendly and open minded. The beach was not even 5min by feet and the next takeaway is just around the corner. Other than that, everything looks even better in real than on the pictures. Room was also nice and kitchen well equipped. Great bathroom also worth mentioning. Breakfast was pretty nice for us as veggies. The highlight was a fresh local fruit plate for each customer every morning. We would definitely visit this lovely place again. Big thanks to the staff for our great stay. :)
