“3-Star Hotel with a 5-Star Service and Standards”

Our family loved and enjoyed our recent stay here. It’s a family run hotel, extremely lovely and welcoming couple- Jackie and Bernie. Made this place like our Home in an instant. The Views from our Pent-Suites were Breathtakingly-Wow. Had a Beatenberg History 101 with Bernie over our hearty breakfast. Razzy made the best Scrambled eggs in the world! Our rooms were spotless, Beds were very comfortable- we had a good night sleep. A bus stop is just few metres away from this place. It’s near Niederhorn. Seriously, can’t Recommend this place highly enough. Hopefully we can stay here again - when we’re back in the land of this Swiss 😊

The property was excellent, beautiful views, delicious breakfast, comfortable and cozy clean rooms, views from the room are mersmerising. Your camera lens can’t justify the view of the mountains and lake from the room😍 peace and serenity is the perfect words to describe the property🇨🇭👐 The host and staff of the property are so polite and helpful and they will guide you for nearby attractions and even assist you for the breakfast And the icing on the cake is the lovely cappucino and croissants .. yummyyy😍

We had a wonderful three-night stay at the Gloria Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely polite, attentive, and helpful. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered a spectacular view of the lake that made every morning feel special. The hotel itself is very chic and elegant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to the owners, Bernard and Jackie, who went above and beyond to make us feel truly at home. Their kindness and hospitality turned our stay into an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and genuine hospitality!

Stunning place, exquisite food and superb staff. We have travelled to Interlaken many times, but taking a weekend to Beatenberg and staying at Hotel Gloria was the highlight of our trip. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The views are stunning and the food at the restaurant was excellent, all fresh products cooked by an amazing chef. It is perfect for a romantic getaway.

The most romantic and wonderful hotel I ever experienced, professional staff and hospitality, food was amazing. I would love to visit this hotel again.

“GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT VIEWS”

I can’t rave about Hotel Gloria enough. Firstly, the staff were so accomodating and really lovely and made us feel at home. They were very efficient and helped with anything we needed. Secondly, our room had everything we needed, it was large and the view was truly breathtaking- we slept with the blinds and door open to maximise our experience and it was just amazing to wake up to. The home made breakfast was insane- so much to choose from and the bread was so warm being fresh out of the oven as breakfast opened. It was so nice being in a place where everything was homemade/home grown it just had such a nice feel to it. THEN we get into dinner. WOW I am lost for words at how amazing dinner was. Bernard cooked us the perfect steak and venison, it was both of our favourite meals we have ever had. Our desert and wine was also delicious. Jackie and Bernard were so welcoming and happy to chat and help make us feel at home. And then to top it all off, they had prepared us a breakfast to take with us as we had to leave early to continue our travels around Europe. As I said, I can’t speak higher of Hotel Gloria. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It is well worth the bus up the mountain, I wish we had longer

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. There wasn’t a huge variety, but every product was local and of outstanding quality — fresh milk, amazing cheese, local meats, and scrambled eggs from nearby farms. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hotel itself felt very cozy. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended, especially if you’re traveling by car.

“Fantastic stay, hosts and walks, highly recommend!”

The location is fantastic. Better than the pictures! Fantastic chalet and hosts. Bernard and Jackie the owners and hosts were fantastic and helpful. Bernard also the chef produced a fantastic menu and the food was brilliant. Perfect location to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

The location is superb. Easy access to and from the station. The breakfast selection was good. The staff are attentive and amazing. My room with a balcony was unreal. Everything was perfect. Thank you for your great hospitality. Till next time.

The property was beautiful with the most breathtaking view! The room was spotless and bed very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, from the owners Bernard and Jackie who reminded us of back home (Australia) and gave us many great tips, to Pricella who was very bubbly to the cleaning lady who put a smile on our faces! We hope we will be back again to experience this again, we highly recommend!
