Getting around is also effortless, as Interlaken provides free transportation to the hotel, which adds a layer of convenience that makes exploring the area stress-free. The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning. You can see panoramic mountain scenery that looks straight out of a postcard. It is the kind of view that makes you pause and take it all in. Mornings are just as memorable. If you leave your windows open, you wake up to the gentle sounds of birds instead of traffic. For someone used to car horns and city noise, this peaceful start to the day feels like a complete reset.

We had the absolute joy of staying at this beautiful hotel in Switzerland with breathtaking views of the Alps, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the very first moment, we were made to feel incredibly special. Our stay coincided with both our honeymoon and my birthday, and the hosts went above and beyond to celebrate with us in the most thoughtful and heartfelt way. Every detail felt personal, warm, and genuinely caring. One of the highlights was booking the private hot tub experience while overlooking the majestic Alpine scenery — an unforgettable moment of relaxation and romance. During the evening, we were served a delicious barbecue paired with wonderful wine, followed by a rich and flavorful cheese fondue that was simply outstanding. Everything was prepared with care and tasted incredible. The views are truly spectacular — waking up to the Alps right outside your window feels almost surreal. The atmosphere is peaceful, intimate, and perfect for anyone looking to celebrate something meaningful or simply escape into nature. The hosts are an exceptionally kind and welcoming couple. They are warm, interesting to talk to, and always ready to help with anything you need. What made our stay even more special were the hidden local gems they shared with us — beautiful secret spots that are not listed in typical guides. Their recommendations made us feel like we were experiencing Switzerland in a truly unique way. Even their dogs are so friendly and charming that they immediately make you feel at home. If you are considering booking a stay for a special celebration — just do it. This place is truly amazing. The views are unforgettable, the food is fantastic, and the hospitality is beyond exceptional. We left with wonderful memories and cannot recommend it highly enough.

“Cozy room, Good breakfast, Amazing hosts, Overlooking Jungfrau/Lake Brienz”

One of the loveliest stay I’ve ever had. The host Danny and Linda are so lovely, extremely warm and friendly. There is also two dogs and a cat, and the neighbour’s cat… Soo cute. You could tell they love what they are doing , they are very passionate in every details ie Danny would introduce the food to every guest ie where the eggs and cheese are from, harvest or made from a farm nearby. He also gave some introductions on Swiss culture and gave some recommendations on where to go. I went to Lauterbrunnen from his suggestion, it was beautiful. Like if you want a more personal experience of experiencing the culture, this is a good choice. View is amazing, room is sooo cozy, food is as fresh as it can be. Just 10/10, would love to rebook this place if I ever come back again. Location is also accessible by bus, just 3 min walk from the station (which connects to Interlaken west bus/train station).

“Very bad experience - stay away”

We had the reservation for three nights but on the first night we could not sleep. The mattress was very very hard and the noise from next door was heard as if they are in our room. We heard the water in the shower until 2:00 a.m. and their voices like the walls are made from paper. We could not sleep all night. When we asked the owner of the hotel to leave because we did not sleep he agreed to cancel our payment for the next 2 days and even gave me a refund invoice but when I tried to contact him he would not give me my money back and booking also did not return my money so very disappointing and this is a very very expensive hotel. This is the first time that this happened to us and we always give good reviews but this was a very bad experience.

The views were amazing, the beds were super comfy but the staff were the highlight. Owned by a couple who were so friendly and helpful. Danny would come out every morning at breakfast with some new local food (cheeses, meats, chocolate mousse). Him and his wife Linda really made the stay extra special!

The location was fantastic

Further to my review for the night of 30 July, the owner replied, "However, you cannot expect to change rooms at midnight.". No story please ! I requested to change the room the next morning on 31 July (I booked two nights, 30 July and 31 July,2025 ), first to the staff, then I sent an email to the owner. What's the story of "midnight"? I have emails record which show I sent it at 11.30 AM, 31 July 2025 local time (Switzerland). I sent two emails to the owner regarding this matter, one at 11.30 AM and then 13.19 (1.19 PM) ,31 July; however I didn't get any reply during the rest of the day. The owner simply told me at breakfast the next day on 1 Aug 2025 that my emails just arrived 1 hour ago, was this possible? The owner's claim, "However, you cannot expect to change rooms at midnight." is disappointing.
