We have been stopping there on our two-day trips to and from the Outer Banks for the past three years. The location suits our needs perfectly. In addition, the place is calm, perfectly clean and the hosts are great. Highly recommended.

A very nice place to stay with a friendly, helpful host. It's set in an attractive area and the building itself is pretty. Beds were comfortable and room was as warm or cool as we needed. Easy parking. Facilities were excellent, breakfast was good, some very nice touches such as sodas and snacks to buy as you need - at a price that means it's being done for the guest's comfort, not to make more money.

“Amazing...beyond relaxing and a great night get away!”
The pictures do NOT do it justice. We were able to check in early once we contacted owner. She was very sweet. There was tranquil music playing softly through whole house. My husband and I booked the master with the jacuzzi and it was beyond relaxing. I did read some comment about someone complaining about the TV volume needing to stay under 15....the volume was at 8 in our room and plenty loud. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!! We will be going back.

Looking for somewhere to stay in the Newark and surrounding area? Look no further. This place is the Bomb! Ultra clean, extremely friendly, and Very secure. I could leave my car unlocked if I wanted to! I stayed Two nights and it was an absolute delight staying here. 24 hour "Filtered spring water" available, homemade croissants on the weekends along with fresh other breakfast items. The owners check regularly for anything the Travelers staying there might need. The bed was the most comfortable.

“Hidden gem with luxurious, modern and affordable suites!”
Gorgeous, manicured grounds and house! My suite was luxurious, well appointed, comfortable and had its own climate control. Enjoyed a wonderful balcony with lush views and the quiet, relaxing environment! Immense value for the cost! Far less than any mid range hotel and far, far better. I didn't think I could take a vacation this year, but because of the reasonable rates, I was able to get away for 4 nights! So thankful to have found this gem! Wonderful hosts, lots to do on the property and in the area...including kayaking and hiking at the state park very close by! At the house, I enjoyed playing horseshoes, other outdoor games, billiards and card games. Highly recommended this wonderful, cozy getaway!

Continental breakfast was included, quaint common area with pool table, and I loved the room’s balcony. We had access to a smart TV as well! It was a personal, comfortable get away.
