Everything was just perfect, the staff is amazing and the kids around are super cute. The food in the restaurant is super good and tasty. We definitely recommend the place.

“Perfect for the market”

Perfect location for the Saturday buffalo market and the Sunday morning market. Easily walkable from the temple where the public bus from Lai Cao terminates. Good food and a friendly, welcoming family. Towels and a hairdryer are included and there are a couple of fans in the dorm. Strong shower with lovely hot water!

Perfectly situated for a market visit including the trading of water buffalo, cattle, and other livestock on Saturday, the day before the big Bac Ha market day. We highly recommend a 2-day stay, arriving Friday, going to Cao Can on Saturday morning after walking around the Bac Ha livestock exchange down the street from the Bac Ha Boutique.

The beds were very comfortable and the room and the view out of the room very nice!

“Lovely people, Cultural experience and nice market”

The location and the owner ! We loved our room but it the curtain and the big glass window to me personally I felt like there was no privacy unless you close the curtain however that is just my opinion. The owners were amazing ! Very helpful and kind ! We definitely will be back to this place if we were to be in Bac Ha again.

Great little homestay. Perfectly placed to visit the market. Room was comfy and the staff excellent. We ate there twice as the food was delicious.

Lovely hosts, welcomed us with a drink. We ate dinner here every night and the food was good, choice of a few things for breakfast. She even cooked me a special eggplant dish when i brought one back from the market! She booked our onward bus which picked up at the door. Our room was upgraded after the first night as I had mistakenly booked without aircon. Surrounding countryside is as beautiful as around Sa Pa by motorbike. Good location 2 min walk to market. Very clean. Jug in room. Nice outdoor seating areas.

Very nice and clean accomodation with everything one needs for a one night stay. We loved that it was bright because of the huge windows/doors. The host was very friendly and helpful, he arranged a local bus from BacHa to BacNgam to pick us up at the homestay in the morning (which we greatly appreciated because otherwise we probably wouldn’t be able to catch the bus at all 😅)

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helped us booked a mini van to take us to Lao Cai. When that didn't arrive, they drove us on their motorbikes to a bigger road and waited with us until we got on the van, making sure it was going to the right destination. I also liked the location, away from the hustle and bustle of the market area, and where you could sit at a street-side window and still watch the goings-on of locals (e.g. seeing buffalo being walked down the road).

The family who runs the hotel is very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is lovely and the rooms nicely decorated. The location of the place is perfect to explore the Sunday local market, which takes place right in front of it.
