“Wonderful. Will be back again.”

We arrived late on a Sunday evening and was not able to read the email. Some one still picked up the phone and guided us to get the key. Very spacious apartment in this wonderful and master class manoir in the Bavarian Alps mountains, with beautiful environment around. All is by quality materials. Spotlessly clean. Big bathroom. We did not understand too well how its router works and some one still picked up our phone by 21:00 on a Sunday ! Ideal accommodation for a family vocation to this part of Germany.

“Worst experience ever”

1, no instructions for the location of key box 2,no one picked up the phone 3, key box is broke,can’t be open 4, the understanding and communication is terrible I told them the number of key box is wrong for many times, they don’t understand. 2 very nice German neighbors were helping me to tell them in German , they still don’t understand. They keep saying that I am at the wrong door. 5, after 2 hours waiting , they finally understand and give us another 2 bedroom apartment, instead of 3 bedrooms apartment 6, they promised compensation, but refused after I check out 7, the people who work there were very rude , no apologies for the entire time
