Overview
Located in Bayonne, Temporesidence Cathedrale is just 2.5 km from the train station and 6 km from Biarritz. It offers spacious apartments and studios with a fully equipped kitchenette. All of the soundproof apartments and studios feature an LCD cable TV and a separate seating area. Each has a microwave, fridge and hotplates to prepare meals which can then be eaten in the dining area. The Wifi system of the entire residence was completely updated in June 2022 with access to high-speed optical fiber. All of the rooms at Temporesidence Cathedrale are serviced by a lift and the residence also has laundry facilities and luggage storage. Public parking is available at a nearby location. Local activities include hiking and the town offers many attractions such as Bayonne castle, the Basque Museum and Saint André’s Church.

Location is fabulous and staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms in the property were very tired, especially bathrooms. Also bad smell. Our door in the bathroom scrapped the floor and hard to open and close. Heavy glass door too. Given the smallest amount of toilet paper which we ran out of. Received email just before departure to advise that apartment must be cleaned and rubbish left to downstairs bin. Definitely more hostel vibes from this place. Very warm in rooms as well so difficult to sleep. The £200 deposit taken from your account for the duration of your stay is definitely a bit cheeky. We had our older kids with us so it was £400 we had to give over. A tad excessive! On the plus side the location is amazing and near a beautiful area in Bayonne.

“It’s good for the location”
We had a good welcome and everything was explained clearly. The “studio” was clean but it was a bit tired. The location is really perfect for town. Kettle and teas were welcome.

“Bayonne”
Location is perfect, 2 minutes from the cathedral, 5 minutes from shops and market. Buses and trains are 10-15 minutes walk. Apartment is well kept, clean and spacious. Everything works perfectly.

“Great service”
The service. The staff is very helpful and reliable. When we arrived, our key was not in the locker so we called the contact number and almost immediately, a kind staff arrived to get us our key and show us our room. Upon checkout, staff is also very kind to call a taxi for me and even walk me to where the taxi is to pick me up, helping me with my luggage. Thank you so much!
