After following instructions to get to the hotel, driving around Bayonne for almost an hour, I gave up trying to find it. I re-joined the mother way and spent the night in the car at the next picnic area

“Never again, we didn't stay”
We had no internet access, we were exhausted from the travelling and were then told that there would be no reception staff until 5 pm (2.5 hr wait). We were told to use a check in machine, which we couldn't access without refering to our bookings account on the phone. We gave in, and booked into Ibis budget around the corner, who did have Friendly helpful staff. This cost us the booking. But we will never use them again.
