Located a 5-minute drive from the the centre of Bayonne at the foot of the Pyrenees and in the heart of the Basque Country, Campanile Bayonne offers rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a typical motel that has been renovated very well. Even though it is next to a roundabout on a main route traffic noise was minimal. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good value.

“Should not have been open without any reduction for the poor conditions”
It was a shame but the site was completely under a renovation or refurbishment and was not really fit for service. We arrived after a long drive and couldn’t find another with a restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant was poor also. The management was eating when we came to eat and the service was also poor along with the food that was served. They should not have been open and we should have gone elsewhere

Clean and functional. Good location for stop over on the way to Spain. Dog friendly which was really good for us. Value for money - comfy bed and a good shower. Will be better once renovations are completed!

“Generally good but could be better!”
Stayed before, conveniently located near A63. Beds & bathroom clean, necessary wash liquid etc but could use a separate hand towel. Staff very nice, agreed to freeze my blocks overnight for freezer box. Very smiley and agreeable.
