The location of the hotel is excellent being right in the centre with lovely restaurants, bars and shops. You are also by the cathedral which is about a 5 minutes walk away There is heating and air con in the room. There is also a nice shower.

Loved our room even though it was NOT the room we had originally booked. We had booked the room with the kitchenette so that we could eat in after a long day of touring. By the time I found my paperwork to confirm our initial booking, we decided to remain in our room which was very nice.

The location is excellent directly across the road from the Cathedral and an easy walk to the main street. I loved the deco of my room, the vibrant wallpaper, and the original stonewall in the bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definelty book again.

Brilliant property. Everything we needed. Old building refurbished to high standard. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Fully aware we visited in a wet February and the room would have cost three times more during summer. Still worth it for location etc
