Very nice personel, caring and helpful. Breakfast was fine. My kids loved the dog! The host is a partner of aktivCARD Bayerischer Wald which gives you many interesting activities for free, such as Wild Zoo, Silberberg Bahn, etc. It's best to Google it before arrival. Some items needs to be booked in advance. Quality according to price. Not luxury but just enough. The friendly host makes up for any inconveniences. It is very close to Czech border. Delicious food there!
