“Old but still clean, and well maintained”
very close to the airport , surrounded by nearby malay food stalls , malay kampong . we chose this hotel cos it nearby to Puspakom, we had some vehicle inspection to do . if you want to head to town like Georgetown timing to leave the hotel is imporatnt . don’t go out on peak hours , takes 1 hour to reach town area and traffic is heavy everywhere.

“Location! Location! Location.”
The location - beautiful at the top of the high land. The scenery was fantastic. I can stay by the window admiring the night view to the city. Walked around the carpark area for fresh air at night. Superb.

“VERY CONVINIENT FOR THE AIRPORT”
The Hotel is sufficiently clean. It is basic. Highly recommended for the Airport trip. Most of the time I travelled in Penang, I stayed in City hotels. But for the last day, I needed to change to a hotel closer to the airport. This is an excellent place for an early morning flight, There are no hotels / food-places nearby. The Hotel's restaurant has a big menu, but the prices are high. But what do you do when you want to go to the airport? But a packed meal from town, or a couple of sandwiches and enjoy your meal. Few staff members man the place. Not too much of customer service. Overall, clean and nice. Will I stay again? For the airport - yes !!! For any other reason - NOTHING WORTH STAYING FOR, AND NOTHING TO DO AROUND. Why doesn't the hotel offer an airport pickup and drop-off? It will be an added bonus for passengers. Even if they charge a nominal fee, it's still a bonus for travellers. I paid the minimum for Grab, so this added service isn't too hard for them. At 6.00 a.m., Grab was RM 10 only.

“Pleasant stay value for money”
Spacious room, comfortable bed, adequate room amenities, cozy atmosphere and very value for the price i paid. Very friendly n cheerful staff. Check in was prompt.
