Quite clean. Just after you stay the owner will ask you clean the entire house. And you will need to throw away the rubbish all. Everything was okey.. Those three rooms are quite clean. Just some of the equipment are too old. The house also don't have kettle. So i f you need hot water bring your own. So far I'm quite satisfied
