Easy to liaise with the owner. Quick replies to our queries. Check in instructions is very clear and concise. Accommodate our request for late check out for 1.5 hours despite having new tenant to check in later.

The grills were too rusty, bathroom doors were dirty, the sofa was old not comfortable at all. There was an old cloth over the sofa to cover the saggy sofa. Not worth it for the price at all.
