When we arrived we had " arrival syndrom" and we were skeptic. That changes, so you have to give this place a go. You have to tjeck in online but there were som young people who were very kind to help . It is cheap but you get value for money. There is no reception but some young people can guide you and they are very helpfull. We came to enjoy this place, very calm and not that far from the habour ( 10 min walk). The room is clean and we enjoyed the pool as well. It is a good place to stay for a couple of days

A cozy motel that is well located! We are only a stone's throw away from the center. Two excellent dining establishments can be found both in close proximity to the hotel and within the hotel itself. There is a ten-minute walk that leads to the beaches.At the time of my reservation, I was a little concerned about the need that I check in online, make my payment through a link that was emailed to me, and get a message on the day of my arrival that contained the room number. Nevertheless, everything turned up even better than anticipated. This is the most convenient manner of payment and check-in that I have come across in the Dominican Republic. You are able to pay for each service using a credit card through the website, and the virtual support is operational and ready to answer any queries that a customer may have. Despite the fact that the breakfast was delicious, the only thing I would change is the warmth of the woman in charge.

During our stay at the Altea hotel, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience that we will never forget. In addition to being calm and extremely unique, the atmosphere is filled with colorful paintings and plants that evoke thoughts of tropical settings. Following the completion of the online check-in process, we were provided with the room number, instructions on how to obtain the keys, and directions to the room on the day that we arrived. Although there is no reception, we were able to meet all of our requirements with the help of virtual support and a manager who was there at the location.

Fantastic experience, super satisfied with the assistance service received. The residential is not a reception service but it is possible to check in in advance and ask for information via WhatsApp booking or email. All perfect! I can also confirm that I spent a spectacular day in Savona and I booked as suggested by others on the official website you can find all the detailed information, be careful not to be scammed by street sellers or massive tour agency.

No breakfast unless you book In advance They advertised bikes, and there was absolutely no bikes, plus one of the ladies that was a host. I think she’s from Italy was very rude. Samuel was amazing however great man and very helpful.

I had booked only one night in Altea , in the end I stayed here for over 5 days. The environment is very nice, welcoming and the staff is very kind and helpful. I was very surprised by the great attention to cleanliness and detail. The food in the restaurant is very good. I suggest you to try the Garden restaurant and absolutely to visit Saona. You can book the excursion directly on web site of bayahibevillage .com and pay with credit card

Altea Lodge in Bayahibe Village is the place to stay in bayahibe if you want to enjoy the local vibes and escape from the all inclusive stays in the resorts. The rooms are very big, clean and nicely decorated, and equipped with fans and air conditioned. The building is brand new, with wifi, swimming pool and a terrace to relax. Location is great, close and well connected to awesome beaches and the small village of Bayahibe, where you can find local restaurants and shops. I totally recommend staying at Bayahibe Village if you want to truly experience Caribbean life and have a great vacation, and book all the excursion on bayahibevilalge. com .... avoid the scam on the street and from tour agency
