We were staying in the room with a view of the lake with a large, fabulous balcony where we ate enjoying the stunning scenery. Also, the room overlooked the main activity of the village which provided pleasant background energy but calm separation.

Perfecto, balcony top of the promenade street. Down the one steer and you are in the restaurante. Nice private pool in private area. Many restaurants very near. Host very nice, we enyoid very much our stay. Thanks 😉

“Fabulous appartment”
We booked this last minute after a change of plans. The appartment is lovely, the grounds are extremely well kept. We had a lovely stay.

“Сlean, comfortable, stylish”
When planning a vacation in October on Lake Majora, we were looking for cozy, comfortable apartments with private parking. An important condition was the location - going to the Alps, beautiful surroundings, traveling along the lake, and in the evening the opportunity to sit in a cozy cafe nearby. We found this Villa Regina e Oriente and the wonderful Alessandra, who knows how to make your vacation truly memorable. A nice bonus was Alessandra's offer to move into an apartment overlooking the lake, which became available. And right below our apartment there was an excellent pizzeria restaurant. Thank you, Alessandra, for a wonderful, unforgettable vacation. Recommendations 100%! We had the opportunity to live in two apartments, in both cases - clean, comfortable, stylish! and there is everything you need to feel at home.

Property was very clean, we had a parking sport just by our door. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Even in the October we could still use the pool. Also host was very nice.

“Perfect !”
We spent only one night and we will come back for sure !! Location is perfect with a nice view over the lake. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The owner is kind and nice and very flexible. There is a parking included and a beautiful pool that we will try the next time. Loved it !

“A gem with soul in a pitoresque location - perfect spot to enjoy Lago Maggiore!”
Everything was perfect! Alessandra made us feel welcomed from the very first contact and had numerous good recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Location is very convenient in the pitoresque Feriolo nearby a pretty beach and lovely restaurants. The apartment is spotless, cosy, elegant and very well equiped - including all needed appliances in the kitchinette. The stunning garden with the pool is an extra-bonus! One notices the care and attention to detail which give this place a special flair of “La Dolce Vita”c😉🇮🇹We loved it and will surely come back!

“Modern, clean and comfortable in a central location”
Good location away from the busy village of Stresa, but still close to everything. Very friendly and obliging hosts. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, and it was perfect for that.

The lively atmosphere of the place, the view from the terrace, the flat has everything one might need including a parking space .There are shops for essentials withing walking distance. Swimming in this beautiful lake is blissful!
