A lovely little oasis in the most perfect location. The room was just as in the photos. Stylish modern decor, very comfortable bed and bedding perfect for the heat. Great shower and air conditioning, and very clean. From my window I had a view of the square below, and a small view of the lake. The owner, Barbara, was very welcoming and helpful. I had a very good meal at her restaurant below. The location couldn't be better, with several restaurants and cafes just across the road on the lakeside. The pier for the lake boats is just across the road to visit the Borromean islands and other parts of the lake. It's also an easy drive to Lake Orta.

Locanda Nelia is a wonderful guest house. Barbara was very welcoming, as was Elizabeth at breakfast. It's a little noisy being so close to the main road but a really great location.

The location, the room, the shower was amazing. Barbara is an amazing and passionate host. She is enthusiastic and really want you to be the most comfortable as possible. Location is really really really good. You can take the ferry to all islands.

Great place to visit the lago maggiore. Nearby the harbor and directly close to restaurants in Baveno. The room itself is amazing, comftable beds, a lot of space and a modern bath room.

Lovely location in Baveno, right by the ferry port. Comfy and welcoming room. Great shower. Pleasant breakfast. Handy umbrellas, as it does, in fact, occasionally rain in Italy! Excellent restaurant.
