Excellent location, breathtaking view, beautiful garden with several places to sit and enjoy the view, good breakfast. Private parking for free (!) is top !

Fantastic villa between Stresa and Baveno. It's like museum. The view from rooms was amazing. We stayed for only one night , but we've be thinking to return some day.

Absolutely amazing villa , with stunning views to the lake ant Bartolomeo island and antique atmosphere! The breakfast was incredible, the owner very very friendly and caring! Highly recommend!

A wonderful villa with a large beautiful garden and a magnetic view. The free parking is a great convenience.

The owner is so friendly, efficient and welcoming. The room was outstanding! I don't know why this is only a two star property - we had the huge family room/suite and it could not have been better. We couldn't stop looking at the view! The kids went swimming in the lake from the hotel's garden and we could not have asked for more. It was a great breakfast too.

While renovating the rooms of the main building would be desirable, these shortcomings are compensated by the views from the villa. Private parking comes handy. Note it is less of interest to stay here if you don’t have a car, as it is some 20mins walk from the center of the village if you want to shop or eat. Some of this distance is without sidewalk. Overall a positive experience

The amazing view on the Borromeo islands, the kindness of the host, who explained us what to do, where to go etc… and the delicious breakfast :)

View of the lake from the room was exceptional. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and had all the basics. Lots of TV channels for all languages. Decent WiFi and a decent breakfast. Private beach. Hotel has lots of character.

The hotel has a charming old-fashioned character that feels truly authentic to the location! The surrounding garden is beautiful and the view from the balcony is simply out of this world. The room was spacious, spotless and impressively well-maintained, preserving its original decor in the most elegant way. Staying here felt like stepping into a time capsule — in the best possible sense.

It’s location is beautiful a perfect, it has old word charm and is well looked after by the Family. I stayed in the main hotel. Across the road is it’s private car park and lido. It is quiet a find. Breakfast very good
