Excellent and central location with a magnificent view of Lago Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. We especially enjoyed the roof top terrace with both lounge chairs and tables to enjoy meals with a view. Nice bakery and small supermarket within 100m to shop for breakfast and gelateria 20m away. Friendly staff and very clean.

“Perfect position to enjoy Baveno, the lake and the islands.”
Perfect position for the restaurants and the ferries. Lovely roof top terrace. Lift worked extremely well. Bed was very comfortable.

The very central location close to all the major sights and main attractions of Baveno. It is easily accessible, the staff are helpful and it had good facilities.

“Central Location”
The apartment is centrally located in Baveno directly across from the ferry. Easy access and good communication with agent. Kitchen stocked with basics everything you would need for a short stay. Utility room available with washing machine and other essentials. Fan and hairdryers available but neither were very strong in function. Wifi was ok. Bed was ok for 1 person.

“Excellent value in a great location. Clean with good facilities and a friendly no fuss check in.”
Superb location just seconds away from the lake. With easy access to the ferry. In amongst the local shops and restaurants. The roof top terrace provides an amazing spot to eat a meal or have a drink with an epic view over the lake.

Best location directly at the lake. Rooftop was great to hang out with an amazing view. Multiple great bars and restaurants within 5 min walking distance. We almost didn’t book this because of the noise complaints in some reviews. But the noise was not nearly as bad as it was described.
