The owner of the apartment are so friendly and accommodating, they make sure our stay in Casa Vacanze would be relaxing and enjoyable. They even gave us complimentary bottle of wine and water allready to welcome us in their sweet apartment. What's best is the location, it is situated in the center of everything, there is aquapark like 1km away, there's supermarket and also its in between the two towns where we really enjoy going and hang out and strolling along the lakeside. There's lots of restaurants nearby. All in all its a great experience, an excellent place to stay and having a friendly and kind owner is a great plus.

“Lake view doesn’t justify the noise pollution”

Even though the noise is advertised it is incredible how loud and dangerous is on both foot and by car (Not pedestrian crossing). Cars, trucks, motorbikes all passing through at high speed! There actually 4 carriage ways joining into 2. The noise was only decreasing at around 2am! If that wasn’t enough, behind the house there is a train track, so it was both the cars and trains passing noise. The house had a weird smell and it is humid. The bed is not comfortable. It rained in August and to exit the house it was terrible as the drainage is poor so you had water 15cms / 3 inches high and the stairs became a water cascade! Really unbelievable. Awful! Dangerous. We slipped! And We got completely socked trying to exit and entering the house! The lake view doesn’t justify this property price whatsoever. If this was my property I’d never advertise this for public use.

“beautiful view”

Lovely furnished apartment with a direct view of the lake. The kitchen is really very well equipped. There is also towels. It is pleasant to sit on the terrace in the evenings. The only thing that bothers is the noise from the main road, which is right next to the apartment. It's good that there is a bigger grocery nearby.

Very comfy apartment just next to the lake with beautiful view from the balcony. Fully equiped kitchen. The hostess is very friendly and cooperative. Parking spot in the yard. Location is nearby Baveno and 6 minutes driving to Streza - cozy small tipical Italian towns with many restraunts and pizzerias. The road next to the house is quite busy during the day, but this is how it is here in Italian cities next to the lakes. The windows are of a good quality in the road did not bother us much. We enjoied evenings with a glass of wine on the balcony with a perfect view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

We had a wonderful stay. The accomadation was in a perfect location with close vicinity to everything. The host was delightful and always willing to assist. She was always available for queries and prompt to answer. It's a perfect stay at a great price
