“Comfortable, central location for a short stay.”

Centrally located adjacent to the Rathaus in the old part of the town, so good for access to sites, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment was comfortable and everything that should work did. There were some basic food items available, e.g. tea sachets, condiments, olive oil, etc which I always find is a positive.

Great location

Location is perfect! - very central, big public parking lot is available in 5 min walking distance. Several restaurants and a good bakery for breakfast are right there on the same square. There was everything we needed in the apartment, and the apartment was quite spacious. Collecting of the key was easy - a code was provided for a lock box.

Wonderful location in centre of old town . Easy communication with the owner who let us put our bikes in the small seating area . We had fourth floor room which meant quite a few stairs but we didn’t mind as the view from our room was great . We had everything we needed with a clever wardrobe that opened up into a small kitchen ! We were able to sleep with windows open as the square restaurants closed around 10.30 . Great bakery round corner for breakfast .

“Excellent - beautiful studio in Old Town.”

Location: smack in the historic city center. The place is a beautiful studio apartment, with a bathroom (shower), a kitchenette, and a superb view onto a historic city square. The apartment is so well-organized that a traveler lacks for nothing. Strong WiFi. Excellent throughout.

With a beautiful view of the square, a spacious room, and a very comfortable bed, everything was clean and cozy. The apartment has a kettle, a coffee maker, a stove, and dishes — everything you need. One of the most enjoyable short stays I’ve ever had. The host was kind and welcoming.

The historic house was brilliantly located on the market place. We had a spacious room, comfortable bed and gorgeous view. We bought breakfast downstairs in the very good bakery each morning.

Accomodation located right in the city centre with breathtaking view. Quite calm location with interesting surroundings. We could check in during later evening, the owner was very friendly and helpful and let us store our bikes right at the reception. You can get an amazing spacious apartment with equipped kitchen on request. Everything was super clean. Definitely worth the money.

Helpful owner, bikes stored right in the front reception so that was nice. Large room, nice bathroom, comfy bed, historical building, right on the town square so loads of bars and restaurants right there. Cutest town ever!

Room was wonderful, clean and with a historical feel to it (very pleasant surprise). The hosts put a lot of thought with extra necessities and information was very useful too, since it was my wifes and I first visit to Bautzen. Price was excellent too and the check-in was great. Would definitely like to get back there again. Thank you very much!

“Lovely stay in an old town”

It's a great place in a city center for travellers without luggage (our room was upstairs, with a great view). I don't know if all the rooms have such a nice small kitchen hidden in a closet, but our had and it was a surprise for me. The place is clean, in very good condition, considering it's an old house. Everything you need is there: nicely smelling soaps and other small things in the bathroom, comfortable siting aream, coffee, tea. Staff is friendly and helpful, despite the fact they almost don't speak English.
