Very friendly and professional staff who made us feel truly welcome. We loved the room – spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four. Nice touches like fresh fruit, water, a minibar, and a kettle for tea and coffee were much appreciated. The shower had excellent water pressure, and everything was clean and well organized. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options.

Superb view of the old town from my room on the top floor. Very spacious room. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. I was able to leave my luggage after check out until I was ready to resume my journey.

“Option for a short stay.”
Relatively big room, good dinner and breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. Parking available in courtyard, but was almost full when I arrived.

2 room suite with large balcony in the very center of Budziszyn (Bautzen) for a price of a double bed room. Fruit in the room, lovely service - thank you!

We were woken up at 6am by a call from the receptionist who in a rather unapologetic manner and without any explanation started to ask us questions about our car. Apparently, one of the guests parked his car blocking other car's exit. The thing is that the reception requires all guests with cars to fill in their car plates numbers in the check-in form, so in principle the reception knows the car plate number of each guest. I guess it was too much effort for that one receptionist to go through the data and she preferred to start calling guests abruptly at 6am. In the effect, our sleep after long journey was disturbed too early which was opposite to what we hoped for.
