“Perfect base for exploring the east coast of Sardinia”
Location was perfect for us. We wanted to stay on the east side of Sardinia so we could be close to the Gulf of Orosei. The views were amazing! Also Gianpriamo was super attentive host, he sent us lots of recommendations and was easy to contact during our stay. The apartment had a beach umbrella which was really handy and saved us from purchasing one.

The Apartment is very well equipped and the host is very helpful ( provided us with lots of helpful tips). A very big advantage is the private parking provided (the parking is the biggest problem of Baunei). All the amenities are placed at 3-5 minutes. Will definitely recommend..

“Everything was perfect 👌🏻”
We stayed in the apartment with balcony and we liked that it was very clean and spacious, nicely decorated, with confortable beds and air conditioning in every room. The location in the beginning of Baunei makes it more convenient for drivers that have less experience with narrow streets. The city center is at about 10 minutes away by foot and nice beaches are 15-30 minutes away by car. But the real value of the place comes from Gianpriamo, the host. He’s extremely kind and helpful and gave us a tone of good advice and recommendations. Our stay was perfect and we hope to go back someday.

Great hosts(Gianpriamo and Rita), they gave us information about all the activities, restaurants and shops in the area. Everything was as described, the apartment , the beautiful terrace, the covered parking.

- smooth check in (Gianpriamo offered us an early check in and late check out) - exceptional clean - well equipped kitchen and apartment. there are all the essentials you need for cooking like oil, salt and other spices, coffee maker, hairdryer, beach umbrella... - Gianpriamo and his daughter were really nice, he gave us good recommendations for the area - 5 minute walk to village center - the apartment is very quiet and the bedroom is fully dark so we had a great sleep value - need a car to get to know the area and the beautiful beaches, parking in front of the apartment

We stayed at Villa Maddalena for 3 days and we were amazed about the mountain village at first place and its surroundings. The host Gianpriamo was very kind, helpful, responsive, dedicated, professional and gave us the list of all attractions we should see. The apartment was clean, nice, cozy and street it looks at was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is very well equipped. The sunset is amazing to watch from the balcony. Also we liked the barbeque on the balcony. Village center is 5 min walk. You have everything you need, market, farmacy, ATM, cafe, restaurants... Overall, 10 points for everything.
