This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the views are stunning. Lara is such a gem as a host too. Also Baunei is such a cute town and it’s a great location to explore the local beaches.

On arrival we received a nearly arranged folder with instructions for our room and for our stay. It was lovely to be able to open the doors onto the French balcony and enjoy the view from there. The bathroom was modern and the shower is spacious.

Via Roma charming rooms is a real gem in Baunei. The House is in a quiet neighborhood with narrow streets. Our room was in perfect condition and with an individual, local-inspired interior. There is a meeting-room-kitchen-style room downstairs. You can sit at a long table, grab a coffee or tea, relax, have a chat with others or just enjoy the vibe in this place. There was a sweet Italian breakfast in the morning with muffins, toast, cake, pain au chocolate or dulce. We had a room with balcony with a view on the second floor. And yes, this is overwhelming. We had a wonderful stay. We met Lara in the morning and her smile brightens the day.

We were fortunate to have a front room at top with small balcony and the most incredible view. The rooms are finished to a very high ( quirky) standard and have small touches like lovely toiletries and filled water decanter in room. Coffee and Tea are available at all times and cakes, pastries for breakfast in the morning were provided. Staff were very helpful with information as to local restaurants and hikes. We were travelling around Sardinia and this was our favourite accommodation. Would highly recommend!

Design is very unique. The rooms, the building is just welcoming. The mix of modern and retro is just everywhere. Complementery food was nice. Staff is super nice and helpful. Extra for children in the rooms was nice.

Spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh and tasty cakes and cookies.

This place was wonderful. The design is beautiful, with modern features in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we were very happy with our short stay, close to everything the town has to offer and a great base to head to Cala Goloritze

We loved everything about this accommodation. It had charm, the design was really lovely, working AC and there is a nice shared kitchen area with fridge space to put food if you want. We had a really nice view of the mountains in our room. The staff were friendly and responsive by text when we had queries or needed something.

10/10 - worth every penny! Located in the most magical town, we had a delightful stay. The attention to detail in decorating is exquisite. The room was very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, pastries, etc.) was such a nice touch. Lara and Paola were such wonderful hosts. We can’t wait to come back!

“Enchanted accommodation in a fairytale location”

I can say that this has been one of the most unique accommodations that I have seen so far. Let’s start with the fact that Baunei is stunning, perched high in the mountains, a truly beautiful Italian town, close to the sea. Boat tours depart from Santa Maria Navarrese for those who don’t want to hike, which is about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel is breathtaking, with an impressive level of detail and care put into selecting the kitchen utensils, the design, and the room decorations, each room even has its own name. We loved staying here and would come back anytime.
