This is a really nice apartment. there is plenty of room for a stay of many days. The host’s parents live upstairs and are friendly. The lady invited us for coffee even though we didn’t speak Italian and she spoke no English. There is a nice terrace to enjoy the early evening. The village is well located for hiking and other outdoor activities. There is dedicated parking.

Unfortunately, due to apparent water problems in this village, we often had no water or very little water for showering and no water for the flat in general. We had to leave the accommodation prematurely and only after very strong intervention from our side or from booking.com we received a refund of the remaining payment. Unfortunately the host was not professional and customer orientated in this respect. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation in this condition and this experience with the owners for the future and for other guests. What a pity!

The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen had every convenience and some breakfast items. Good to have air conditioning in the bedroom.

We felt like in our own apartment. Very smooth self check in / out. You have here everything you need for holidays without stress. All the amenities. Private parking space next to the entrance. Absolutely great place!

We had a very fine stay in a flat with all imaginable equipment. We never met our host, but she answered very quickly on our emails, so communication was fine. And Baunei is in the middle of the most wonderful nature
