The terrace and Panorama view is unique. Baunei is a lovely mountain village with all you need for daily life. A walk to the rocks just above Baunei with great view is worth it. The apartment is well equiped, some umbrellas for beach sessions had been very helpful. Gianprimo, the host, is very friendly and the communication with him has been easy, engaged, welcoming and helpful also when you need some fast help in the apartment - great job.

Loved this property. The views from the roof top terrace are awesome and the local beach was fantastic for snorkelling. Never stayed in an apartment like it. The building is designed for the mountainside, so is wedge shaped and narrow. Made for a unique stay. The host is wonderful. He shared so much information with us to help us make the most of our stay - where to visit, where to eat. He contacted us during our stay to make sure we didn’t miss the events in the village.

The apartment is absolutely wonderful. The view on the terrace is spectacular <3 The owner is very nice man :) Plus all the tips - what to see, where to eat. It saves a lot of time... Additionally, he helped us a lot when, due to unforeseen circumstances, we could not leave Baunei as planned... I really hope that we will be able to come back here in some time. Great location in Baunei to explore beaches & mountains. Very friendly host who provided with lots of recommendations and offered any help needed. Apartment has a spacious rooftop terrace with a nice view over Baunei & the sea. It also includes all necessary equipment for cooking, even a washing machine. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely come back.

“Perfect place”

A beautiful old house with soul. Functionally furnished, the view from the terrace is wonderfull. The owner is very helpful and makes sure that you get the most out of your stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it, a perfect place for mountain trips and relaxation.

Approach of owner, all information and advices from owner, very helpful! The city, pardon village, was beautiful, with small and narrow aisles and streets. Don’t await big apple..:-) The town was suitable for making of trips by boat to the nicest beaches in Sardinia!

The photos on booking.com clearly came from more than one apartment, but it was not clear which rooms belonged together. Nor was it clear which apartment we were being booked into. We have no complaints about the one we got, but it would have been good to know in advance. (This is the reason for the less than top score on 'facilities').

The view from the terrace was wonderful and provided a relaxing end to days hiking and going to the beaches in the area. Gianpriamo was very helpful with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and gave great recommendations for the area.

Everything was perfect! The host was so adorable, he recommended the places to visit, where to eat, where to inflate tired. The flat was even better than on the photos in Booking! The flat is fully equipped and it has air conditioning! The best thing is the tarrase! Amazing view on the sea and the mountain, equipped in transats, a table and chairs to take our time in the morning or in the evening to take a breakfast or a dinner in an extraordinary scenery. There is also enough place to do a sport or yoga session. When it comes to the village, it is a charming Sardynian village. The flat is greatly located, in 5 min walking we get to a gelateria or a good pizza. Baunei is a very good start to visit the most beautiful "cale" in Sardynia (15 min by car to Santa Maria Navarrese from where the boats go to Cale) We highly recommend this apartment and Baunei.

“Perfect apartment”

Baunei is a lovely town, perfect for people don't like a crowd of big cities, stunning localization, 10min drove to Pedra Longa to catch the sunrise and start Selvaggio Blu, 20min drive to Santa Maria Navaresse. Apartment is equipped at everything needed, even aluminium or plastic boxes to take a food on the beach, grill on the balcony, laundry machine with washing liquid and softener, aluminium foil for food, literally everything like in home👍👍👍

Loved this place! We had a car so it was easy to get to lots of places. The hosts were sooo helpful with recommendations and were so lovely and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again. The bathroom has been newly done which was great. The balcony/rooftop area is definitely the highlight of this place and is great to enjoy a nice home cooked dinner and have a drink/read/have breakfast!

“A fabulous family holiday in sunny Sardinia”

The apartment was fantastic! The views from the roof terrace were exceptional. Baunei is a wonderful little town and we felt very welcome there. Supermarkets, restaurants and a fabulous gelateria are all within a short walk from the apartment. Beaches can be reached within a short and scenic car journey. The beach at Santa Marie Naverrese has easy (and free) parking and is very family friendly. Pedra Longa is also very close, with fabulous snorkeling. A boat ride from Santa Marie Naverrese is a must, the beaches that can be reached by boat are exceptional and the cave (Grotta del Fico) was incredible. All in all we found the apartment comfortable and meals eaten on the roof top terrace were a real highlight. The air conditioning was a bonus as we traveled in August. Our host, Gianpriamo was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We traveled as a family of 5 with older children in August.

Very clean and great looking apartment with the most amazing view I ever had from an apartment. Private terrace. The host very friendly and helpful. Our car got broken and we would be lost without him. The town has great atmosphere with little streets and nice restaurants. 12 min drive to nearest beach.
