Location was excellent, parking on the road just outside the front door. The host Fabrizia was extremely nice and responsive to the messages we sent. Amazing view from the terrace. We stayed only one night but we will definitely keep this accommodation in mind for future trips to the Baunei area.

Baunei is beautiful, the apartment and the view from the rooftop is amazing. Having our breakfasts there was unbelievable. The bed, bathroom and kitchen are really comfy and it was a huge extra to have a washing mashine on the terrace. There is also a small supermarket with all the essentials in the next building.

Lovely apartment with the most wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. Friendly welcome. Street parking (free) outside. Just next to the co-op (note, it is closed on Sundays). Excellent patisserie a few steps away. Great location for Cala Goloritzé (note, you have to try to book on line three days in advance) and gorrupu canyon.

there is no wifi at all, the oven didn't work and in general everything is very very simple, quit old and not very nice (very white lighting). there are many beautiful apartments in Baunie (we stayed in 2 others that cost almost the same but were so much nicer!) so I would recommend them all over this one- it was over-priced for what you get. we didn't go up to the terrace as we arrived after sunset so we don't know how it is. the shower was nice, there is a kitchen and they did check us in very late. if they invest in better furniture and more personal and needed touches there could be a potential.

Super nice terrace!

Hospitality, rooftop terrace with an exceptional view of the mountains and the sea. It was great to prepare a dish and eat it on the rooftop, and in the morning set off by car towards the trail (Cala Goloritze). Such places remain in the memory.

Perfect location in Baunei, close to shops and walks. The best thing was the terrace on the next floor up, which was shared with the other 2 apartments, but lots of room and tables and chairs. Stunning views and wonderful swifts and housemartins flying about.We took our breakfast up there to eat and a supper picnic and drinks one night. Host recommended great restaurant on edge of town. We did a fantastic walk to Santa Maria Navarrese one day. If you are thinking of doing the famous walk to Cala Goloritze just beware the path down closes at 2.00pm. We missed it but the cafe / restaurant just before it was excellent.

“Great little apartment with amazing views”

Centrally located in Baunei on the main road. We had the ground floor apartment with a little balcony to dry clothes in the back (no longer ground floor there, it's a mountain town after all). We could use the spacious shared rooftop terrace (with dining and lounge area), which provided great views, especially at sunset. Host provided useful tips on restaurants and beaches.

The terrace, whichc= is available to all guests. affords spectacular views and is well furnished. Very friendly and prompt message exchanges with the host.

What a charming apartment in the middle of Baunei. Located in the main street of Baunei (with the supermarket and local stores around the corner) it is the perfect place to discover the area, the beaches and take a gommoni (boat with inflatable hull) for a spin. With it's well furnished kitchen and beatiful views from the roof terrace, all being hosted by the very, very charming and hospitable host that really made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit and explore this area. Make sure you visit during the "feast of the Pig" timeframe and visit the local dancing event downtown. We accidentally dropped into this crazy local event and were having the times of our lives. Make sure you visit the Spiaggia di Santa Maria de Navarrese.

Everything is perfect and the view is just magnificent

The owner is caring and very helpful. The apartment is quiet, very clean and offers all needed utilities for a nice stay. A supermarket, gelateria, bars and restaurants are in the same street. It is a central location to reach all the beautiful natural attractions in Golfo di Orosei.

The terrace on the roof has a stunning view. You share this with other people, however we never met anyone else up there. We ate our breakfast on the terrace and enjoyed looking out on the mountains, the town and the sea! The apartment is very simple but worked well for us since we spend almost all the time exploring beaches and nearby towns. The kitchen worked well for cooking breakfast. Clean place and nice host! :)

Such a cute place to stay and enjoy the beauty of the place. The view from the terrace is enchanting and great for an evening grill with good Sardinian wine. Everything was really clean and the kitchen is fully equipped.
