“A nightmare”
Nothing. When we arrived at 5 pm we were told that the property had been let to someone else, even though we had paid and confirmed. They put us up in the attic instead (but only for 2 out of the 3 nights booked and I had to book another place) which was not suitable for my 88 year old husband and even I had great difficulty carrying our cases up 2 floors of narrow stairs. I asked for a refund for the 3rd night for which we had to book another property but have heard nothing.
