When we first arrived at thw hotel, they told us there was a hot water problem and it would not be fixed untill the next morning. We had booked 4 rooms for 8 adults and 9 children throug booking.com. The children could not use the pool or shower on the first day, which spoiled our comfort. The hot water came back on that night, before morning. After that, we were also dissatisfied with the service in the casino. There are insufficient waiters. They never bring the order unless you repeat it 4-5 times. Also they were not polite

location is very good. Staff is very welcoming. Rooms are clean, but extremely hot. impossible to have windows open, because of noise. Breakfast was very average.
